OUR TEAM

Chris Murray- (Dutch Alison, Creator, writer/director)

Was raised on boisenberry milkshakes in Lexington, Kentucky. Graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor’s in History and a minor in Histrionics. Chris has written and studied in faraway places such as Ecuador, Iceland, and Spain. He studied improv at the Peoples Improv Theater, clowning and Michael Chekhov technique with Leonard Petit, and acting with the esteemed Maggie Flanigan in NYC, and has appeared in many things of modest repute. Chris makes his home in the loudest apartment in Alphabet City across from a can/bottle recycling depot which he hopes to someday eliminate. You can hear him this spring as the voice of MTV’s Silent Library. Commercial clients include Pizza Hut, Amp’d Mobile, NBC Sports,, Snapple, Verizon, Levi’s, Caesar’s Palace, La Quinta Hotels, Gillette, and many, many more. He recently shot a TV pilot for FOX Television Studios.
Besides “Hedge Fund,” Chris has written two feature films, “The Corps of Americans,” and “Llanganati,” both of which are completed and ready for stars to be attached. He also volunteers for Street Soccer USA, a program that brings soccer and mentoring into homeless shelters in NYC (streetsoccerusa.org).

Timmy Cassese- (Skip Murphy)

Timmy was born and raised in New York and realized he wanted to be an actor 6 years ago. He trained at Stella Adler, the People’s Improv Theater and at One on One with the amazing Bob Krakower. In his early career he has had the privilege of working on several projects ranging from film to theater to commercials. He has had the chance to work with his friends on several of these projects, which he enjoys beyond all things. Timmy thanks Chris Murray for his endless drive in getting this project done and for the opportunity to be involved. He also thanks Tyler Evans for flying across the country to “GET… IT… DONE”. Timmy is a big fan of the Fund.

Tyler Evans- (Claude Thornbush, producer)

Ever since his return to New York to continue work on Hedge Fund, Tyler, having experimented with it a little in college, is seriously considering living a bi-coastal lifestyle. Over the course of our skype interviews, we learned his journey began in the “hallowed halls” of The College of William and Mary’s Theater Program, “got his chops” at both The Stella Adler and Eric Morris Studio, “spread his wings” at The Peoples Improv Theater and Groundlings, and “broke the sound barrier” in Off-Broadway’s Rock Show. All of which contributed to his “massive body of work” in commercials, soaps, film, and, of course, his “tour de force” as “our national treasure”, Claude Thornbush. In high school he was voted “most likey to co-produce a web series about high-risk, inter-global hedge funds”. Junior year he batted .469 with 3 HRs, and 16 RBIs.
